Having living in Canada most of his life, Latitude 32 owner, Marc Kenly said that seafood was not a common dish. It was not until he moved to Australia that he discovered how amazing quality fresh seafood could be. Marc Kenly is a chef by trade, but since opening his steak and seafood restaurant in March, he has enjoyed watching the pleasure spread across his guests faces when they taste the signature dishes his restaurant has to offer. One of his personal favorites is the Garlic Prawns.
